European Union (EU) leaders are meeting from the 26-27 October 2024 and, as the EU is facing a range of geopolitical, social and economic challenges, a strong response is required.
In Granada, Spain, Heads of State and Government began to draw up their priorities for the 2024-2029 European policy cycle, known as the "Strategic Agenda". However, they fell short of setting out the foundations for the next phase of the European Green Deal and future of European competitiveness.
