Emilia joined Strategic Perspectives as Assistant to the Executive Director and Director in August 2025.
In this role, Emilia collaborates closely with Linda and Neil, providing administrative support and helping to ensure the smooth coordination of their schedules, priorities, and day-to-day activities.
Before joining Strategic Perspectives, Emilia completed a Schuman traineeship with the European Parliament’s Committee on Petitions (PETI), where she supported the Secretariat in analysing citizens’ initiatives and organising fact-finding visits for the Members of the European Parliament. She also gained professional experience in international environments, working for a Spanish company in the finance sector.
Emilia speaks Polish, English and Spanish, and is currently learning French.
She is based in Brussels. Outside of work, she enjoys running, travelling, and discovering new music, and she never says no to a good book.
